Tourist facilities

The site contains plentiful and diverse precious objects excavated in the past years. These objects are often kept in various museums, such as the National Museum in Tehran, the Zahedan Museum, the Zabol Museum, and the Museum of the Shahr i Sokhta that is located near the site. It is good to start visiting the site from Shahr i sokhta museum (all the information, photos and maps are displayed in Farsi and English). The site is serviced by circular hiking path covering all attractions (building sites, craftsmen area, graveyards).
